How's it goin', fellow fables?

I'm Ami, and with me I'm bringing Kanji Tatsumi from Persona 4. He's a pretty complex guy, all gruff and aggressive and defensive on the outside, but it's all a sort of front: He likes cute things and is a whiz at sewing, knitting and other arts and crafts activities, so he was picked on a lot as a kid for not having 'manly' hobbies. He created a mean outer shell for himself to prove his manliness and to push people away so he doesn't have to deal with them and they won't have to get to know him and start giving him crap for the things he likes.

He's post-game, so he's come to terms with himself and is a little more open about his hobbies. But he's still got a short temper... so, baby steps. He's really pretty sweet once you get to know him.

So what role is he taking here in Myth Making? Beast, from Beauty and the Beast of course! With it come a spin on the curse from the story: He'll become 'beastly' whenever he grows agitated and beyond, but shift back once he calms down or is calmed down by someone else, so it's best not to get on his bad side. By that I mean do it. I will be asking permission before any harm is done to characters, of course, so don't worry about getting your face knocked in on the fly.

 Hi everyone! I'm Leah and I'm bringing in Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games. Peeta bakes! He paints! He likes watching sunsets! He accidentally strangles the love of his life because of bees! Basically he was a really nice guy, but then The Man got a hold of him and brainwashed him into a less than nice person prone to violent spasms and attacks. Yaaaaaaaaay :'| 

Peeta will be taking on the role of The Steadfast Tin Soldier from Hans Christen Andersen's short story...The Steadfast Tin Soldier! It's short and depressing, kind of like Peeta.

Hi, everybody!

I'm Bennu and I'm bringing you all Ja'far from Magi. I figured since Magi was inspired by the Arabian Nights stories, I'd SCRAP ALL OF THAT and give him a role from an Italian fairy tale, which you can read here if you want. He's kind of a serious, quiet, work-oriented sort of guy, so I have a feeling fairy tale princess powers are going to be quite the headache for him. Which means maybe I should stick a warning label on him, because he does have a bit of a temper...

As for me, I'm a full time grad student at the moment and I'll be done with classes for the semester by next Monday and then I'm taking the winter semester off, so I'll have COPIOUS FREE TIME for the first time in what seems like forever. I'm really looking forward to this game!

So yeah, hi. I'm Effing! I play Steve Rogers, alias Captain America, now also alias King Arthur. He's a pretty open-minded guy with a penchant for long naps and punching bullies in the fist with his face, and now he gets a castle and legendary knights to wrangle. (Well, provided his knights show up.) Excalibur is basically a giant killer glow stick, which Steve probably won't be using for its intended purpose too much since he has and prefers to fight with his shield.
